Wisconsin Laborers' Health Fund

  • The Wisconsin Laborer’ Health Fund does cover the COVID-19/coronavirus test.  Testing will be covered at 100%.  Treatment for the virus will be paid the same as any other illness with copays, deductible, and coinsurance if applicable.
  • TeleHealth - Members have access to telehealth through the Anthem LiveHealth Online.  LiveHealth Online is covered at 100% - no member liability.   Follow the following instructions to access this program:

1. Log on to

2. Click Sign Up in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Complete the form to create your account and click Finish.

4. Review the physician profiles to select the one that’s right for you and begin your consultation.

You will need your ID number from your ID card when creating your account in order for Anthem to identify you as a Plan participant. LiveHealth Online is not intended for medical emergencies.

If you experience an emergency, always call 911. Please note that the Retiree Plans do not include the Live Health Online Benefit.
